Easy. Favorite summer salad.

Janet DeDonato 4 years ago

Made it per the recipe but with a bit less sugar and added rotisserie chicken. It has become a favorite at our house, we love it. Thanks much, this is a keeper for sure!

It was delicious I’m only sad that it’s so high calorie because I don’t want to stop eating it. I actually made this with bbq chicken pizza and I gotta say the salad was better then the pizza 😂.

Easy and versatile. I added the packets and some chili paste. Thinking about adding chicken or tofu!

It's even better when you use apple cider vinegar instead, and add the seasoning packets to the wet ingredients for a spectacular salad!!! Great summer favorite.

this salad was a hit!!! delicious!

It was good. We added chicken and had it as a meal. The taste was a little one note for that. Next time I would have the chicken on the side. Very easy to make!

I love this salad! One package of Cole Slaw Mix makes a large salad to take to parties or have for several dinners at home. Refrigerating it overnight helps soften the cabbage and makes it taste so good.

I have made this twice. One time exactly as listed and the second with a few adjustments. I omitted the sunflower seeds, 1/2 the almonds, 3 green onions, and only 1/3 cup of sugar and it still was delicious! I will definitely make this again and will reduce the sugar.

Easy and delicious! No modifications.

Love this salad! The recipe that I have says to brown the ramen and almonds and this adds a wonderful nutty flavor!

I am actually making this for the second time, it was scrumptious! Definitely my go to recipe when in the mood for something yummy

Great!! I added craisins but that’s just preference :) i also went heavy on the ramen noodles, adding an extra half package for more crunch. There’s a lot of room for changes. Great recipe.
