One of the (many) things that makes Walt Disney World so magical is the characters you can find throughout the parks.
Meeting a favorite Disney character, whether that be Mickey Mouse or Princess Tiana, can truly make your vacation so special.
I know my children absolutely love seeing and meeting characters at the parks.
We’ve had amazing character interactions in the past that will forever be engrained in our memories — like the time Snow White played hide-and-seek with my children and then gifted the kids each an autograph book.
Disney magic at it’s finest!! 🙂
If you’re hoping to see and meet Princesses on your next Walt Disney World vacation, this is the post for you!
Let’s jump into where you can find Princesses at Magic Kingdom in 2023.
Princess Fairytale Hall | Cinderella, Tiana, Rapunzel, Elena
You’ll find 4 Princesses greeting inside Princess Fairytale Hall in Fantasyland.
Princesses *typically* at Princess Fairytale Hall:
- Rapunzel
- Tiana
- Cinderella
- Elena
One thing to note is that you only meet two Princesses at once.
So if you wanted to meet all 4, you’d have to wait in two separate queues.
* ˚✦ Pro Tip:
Princess Fairytale Hall does offer Lightning Lane! If you are using Disney Genie+ during your visit to Magic Kingdom, I definitely recommend using that service for this if the line is long!
Typically Rapunzel & Tiana meet together and Elena & Cinderella meet together.
Sometimes you’ll find a different Princess in the Hall but the majority of the time it’s the 4 Princesses listed above.
Merida
Merida is finally back to her meet-and-greet spot in Fantasyland!
You’ll find Merida to the right of the castle, as you’re headed towards the Teacups.
She has specific times that she is available during the day and her line grows very quickly! So make sure you arrive early if this is a priority for you.
Check the My Disney Experience app on the day of your visit for her schedule that day.
Jasmine
Jasmine makes daily appearances in Adventureland with Aladdin!
You’ll find these two near their ride, The Magic Carpets of Aladdin.
If you get lucky, you may even see them take a ride on the magic carpets themselves!
Check the My Disney Experience app for their schedule on the day of your visit. Typically they meet in the morning and early afternoon — so don’t delay if this is a priority for you!
Anastasia & Drizella
While they’re not exactly Princesses, these two are a lot of fun and worth mentioning!
Anastasia and Drizella meet periodically throughout the day near the Cinderella Fountain (the backside of the castle).
We’ve also spotted these two on the Carousel before in the morning!
Check the My Disney Experience app on the day of your visit for their schedule.
Meet Ariel at Her Grotto
You can once again meet Ariel at Magic Kingdom!
Ariel meets daily in her Grotto, next to her ride: Under the Sea ~ Journey of the Little Mermaid.
Enchanted Tales with Belle
Enchanted Tales with Belle is an interactive storytelling experience with Belle herself.
Kiddos (and big kids too!) can volunteer to be apart of the story.
While this is not a traditional character meet and greet, guests will be able to interact with Belle and pose for a photo with her at the end of the story.
Festival of Fantasy Parade
The daily Festival of Fantasy parade is a great way to see a lot of your favorite princesses!
Among the parade floats you’ll find the following princesses:
- Belle
- Anna
- Elsa
- Tiana
- Cinderella
- Rapunzel
- Ariel
- Merida
- Snow White
The Festival of Fantasy parade typically happens twice a day: 12:00 pm and 3:00pm.
You can verify this schedule in the My Disney Experience app on the day of your visit.
* ˚✦ Pro Tip:
Remember the parade starts in Frontierland next to Splash Mountain. It then makes it’s way through Liberty Square, past Cinderella Castle, and finally down Main Street, USA.
My favorite place to grab a last minute spot for the parade is either in Frontierland right before it starts or under the train station, about 15 minutes after the parade begins.
Disney Adventure Friends Cavalcade
The Disney Adventure Friends Cavalcade features a TON of characters! You’ll spot a few princesses in this mini-parade.
I’ve also listed a few characters that technically aren’t princesses but 100% worth mentioning.
- Moana
- Mirabel
- Jasmine
- Mulan
- Pocahontas
- Elena
This cavalcade typically happens once a day at 5:10 pm — be sure to check the My Disney Experience app on the day of your visit to verify this timing.
Cinderella’s Royal Table
Cinderlla’s Royal Table is the restaurant inside of Cinderella Castle — which is truly what makes it special.
It’s an expensive, prix-fixe meal that will once again feature multiple princesses beginning February 28, 2023.
Princesses will make their way around the restaurant and briefly visit your table while you eat.
Once the princesses finally return to this restaurant at the end of February, I will update this post with exactly which characters are greeting inside of the restaurant. Stay tuned!
I hope this overview of which princesses you can find at Magic Kingdom was helpful!
Be sure to bring your autograph book and get ready for plenty of hugs and big smiles!
